These terms govern the use of our website and everything we provide through it. Creating an account means you have read this, understood it, and agreed to it. If any part does not work for you, the honest position is that our services are not the right fit.

Who can register

You must be 18 or older, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if that is higher. Everything you submit at registration needs to be accurate: your name, address, date of birth, and contact details. One account per person. If we find duplicates, we close them without notice and may forfeit associated funds where anti-fraud measures apply.

We can ask for identity verification at any point. That typically means a photo ID, a proof of address dated within three months, and confirmation of your payment method. Withdrawals stay on hold until verification is complete. Submit documents in readable condition and most accounts clear within 24 hours.

Deposits and withdrawals

All deposits must come from funds that belong to you. Third-party payments are not accepted. The minimum deposit is £25 for most methods and £20 for cryptocurrency. Crypto deposits credit automatically once the required network confirmations come through. No fees are added from our side on deposits, though your payment provider may charge their own.

Withdrawal requests move once identity verification is in place. The minimum withdrawal is £20. Processing times depend on the method and are published in the cashier section. If something looks off with an account, we may pause a withdrawal while we look into it. We will not do that without a reason, and we will communicate with you about it.

Bonuses

Every bonus has its own terms published alongside it. Read them before you claim. As a general rule, bonus funds require wagering before withdrawal. The maximum stake while any bonus is active is £5 per round or spin, including when playing with your own funds if a bonus balance is still present. Using multiple accounts, working around wagering conditions, or running bet patterns to exploit promotions will get the bonus cancelled and the account reviewed.

Account actions and disputes

We can suspend or close accounts in cases of fraud, a breach of these terms, or activity that puts other players or the integrity of our platform at risk. Where that happens, we will look at any funds in the account and return what is legitimately yours after the investigation is done. We do not keep money we have no basis to keep.

Disputes that cannot be sorted out through our support team can go to the authority under our gaming licence. We would rather resolve things directly and quickly, so contacting us first is always the faster route. These terms sit under the laws of Curaçao. Carrying on using the platform after an update to these terms counts as acceptance of the revised version.
